Spirituality is anything that you do that is in accordance to a biblically led lifestyle by which you produce spiritual fruits (e.g., joy, peace, love) and prevents you from fulfilling carnal pleasures (e.g., anger, backbiting, envy and jealousy).

Examples of the human spirit are experienced through out the body as intuition, inspiration, and conscious awareness of energy vibrations.

All the higher emotions of love, compassion and joy are examples of the human spirit.

Examples of the human spirit working through the mind are seen in creative thinking, planning, and designing.

Divine knowledge is also an example of the human spirit and consists of contact with other planes of existence: clairvoyance, psychic phenomena, astral travel etc.

All feelings and thoughts of a higher order are examples of the human spirit.
