No, expired identification cards are expired - you need to get a new one.
It may depend on how long it has been expired. Call your local DMV agency.
To get an international drivers permit you must have a valid drivers license in your own country, so you must get it renewed if you want one.
State laws may vary, but in Kentucky if you lost or allowed a drivers license from another state to expire, you have to take the written test and the eye exam to get a license in Kentucky. You also have to provide proof of identity, such as your social security card, and have a document from the state where your license was issued. Also, if your Kentucky drivers license expires even for one day, you have to retake the written test again.
If you have a current insurance policy and are in a car accident, but have an expired license, it is up to the insurance company if they will pay the claim or not. It could be in their clause not to, if a person does not have a valid drivers license, especially if you are the one at fault.
You cannot, unless you take up a "permanent resident alien" status or become a naturalized US citizen, and take up permanent residence in one of the US states.
If your drivers license is revoked in one state, can you get a drivers license in another state?
No.
No, you cannot. An expired driver's license is legally not an ID anymore because it has expired. If I had it my way there would be a 14 day grace period after a license expiring and it not being accepted at liquor stores. I just turned 21 and my license expired on my birthday, I have to wait 2 weeks for my new one to get here before I can buy anything from a liquor store.
Not legally. States require you surrender any other license when applying for a new one. It is a crime to hold more than one license.
No
IF IT HAS BEEN SUSPENDID IN MICH. THEN NO YOU CANT GET A NEW ONE IN CA .
