You'll never receive all the answers if you don't make room for them. You make room by being still. "Flow like a great river" refers to the art of living your life in the now. Don't dwell on the past, don't daydream about the future. Just live every moment in the NOW and experience the gift of peace that comes when you experience every moment fully and just flow with life rather than against it. Let life happen and experience it happening instead of always waiting for the next moment; the moment you dream will be better. When you raise a glass to your lips, don't think about how delicious the water will taste, just experience how nice the glass feels in your hand and against your lips. If you live each moment with that kind of curious passion, you find a joy and a peace of mind that is unlike any other.
