I think one of the factors is temperature as an example water, H2at 0 0c and below, the state of matter of water is solid, we call as ice cubed at the 0 0c too, then the ice start to melt.. and at room temperature the state of matter of water is completely become a liquid. At high temperature such as boiling point at 1000 c and above molecule of water start to change from liquid to gas.
breaking or joining molecules, also increasing or decreasing heat
There ar e two major factors, that are:
1. Pressure (by evaporation and boiling)
2.Temperature( latent heat of fusion and latent heat of vaporization)

The most important factor is the temperature.
It depends on whether heat energy is being added or removed.
The most important is the temperature.

It is usually a chemical change.
Breaking of stone is a physical or chemical change? Explain.
Dehydration of hydrated salts is usually considered to be a physical change.
It is a physical state change from a solid to a liquid. It is not a chemical change, unless other ingredients are then added when melted - as usually happens when used in cooking, for instance.
"chemical" usually secondary to biologic activity.
It is something that causes or contributes to a change.
It is something that causes or contributes to a change.
Blending cultures.
it can and usually does palser
the difference between a physical change and a chemical change is that a physical change is usually reversible whilst a chemical change is not reversible.

What is a factor that contributes to cultural change over time? Literature review has identified a set of factors that are able to trigger cultural changes. These factors causing cultural change have been found as leadership change, technological developments, mergers and acquisitions and others.
phisiological change, its not a physical or chemical change
It is usually a chemical change.
Breaking of stone is a physical or chemical change? Explain.
it is a physical change,as dissolving just reduces the size of sugar or salt crystals and it does not change the property of it,for a chemical change ,change of composition is ncessary
