Press the silver button to flick out key from fob and holding one end of the fob in one hand and the other half end in the other hand pull appart,some time this can be difficult, then concentrate on the half with the key ring and buttons on it,seperate this in half again (splits in half the other direction),you may need a coin to lever it apart, there is 1 x CR2032 battery in side ,just replace this 3Volt battery,and reassemble,should be fine then !
