If we could predict the future, then there would be no danger from tsunamis. However, we cannot, so there is no way to tell when one will occur.

If you refer to the game STALKER, as reference for your question. Anomalies likes this do not exist. If such anomalies (eg. gravitational field reversal) would occur it would be a scientific break through and it probably would get much attention. Anomalies like abominations, or miss figured animals, do probably occur though.
