On page 412 to 413. How is it described? basically, Malfoy is mad that the Slytherins just lost a Quidditch match against Gryffindor, and so he takes to insulting Mr. and Mrs. Weasley, and then has a go at Harry's mom, and the rest of the team can't hold them back. I know Harry punches Malfoy in the gut, and then Harry, Fred, and George all get lifelong bans from playing Quidditch, courtesy of Dolores Jane Umbridge.
