Good things about wind energy?
It can make us electricity by the wind turbinds. It also help us to get our clothes dries
Wind (air) may have a bit of gravitational potential energy, since it's up there and not on the ground. But the real, substantial energy of wind, and the energy we take out of it to turn things and generate electrical energy, is its kinetic energy. That's the reason that 'windmill farms' are built in places with steady wind. If there's no wind, then there's no kinetic energy available to be robbed from it.
Energy from wind is less detrimental to the environment than most other electricity generation. Wind turbines need complex and advanced production facilities that pollute. Wind energy is not just good for the environment because there is noise pollution and the placement can affect certain wildlife.
A few examples of renewable natural resources are water, wind, and the sun. Dams are a good example of reusing water to make energy. Windmills are a good example of using wind to make energy, and solar panels are a good example of using the sun to make energy. These things are renewable because we are never going to run out. They are made faster than we can use them.
Nope, wind energy is produced by wind turbines and connected to an electrical grid which people who are call Dispatchers then dispatch this collected energy into powerlines etc.... The only common things between wind energy and a power plant is : 1. produce electricity 2. both connected to the electrical grid
