No one know how the earth is going to end. Since it is a future event, it would just be a guess or conjecture on ones part. The earth's demise has been bantered about since the beginning of time. Nothing to worry about, I am sure it is no time soon. Better to concentrate on what you can make better so the chances are far less. Answer: It is thought that in about 4-5 billion years that the sun will run out of fusionable material and swell into a red giant, consuming all the inner planets, and then collapse into a white dwarf, and then cooling into a brown dwarf. As pointed out, we will be long gone by then.

I don't know exactly but I've heard that the dinouser got extinct when the earth completed 400 yrs. by 2012 earth will complete the next 400 yrs and that we are the next ones to get extinct.

∙ 15y agoIt's not a matter of *IF* but WHEN the earth will end. Eventualy the sun will burn itself out and blow up (that's how all stars end) but long before that it will be too cold for life to exist on earth. The fact is human life on earth may end much sooner than that, it's only a matter of time before a lage commet strikes the earth and the dust cloud it produces will end human and most animal life. But rest easy my friend .. this will all happen long after we die.

∙ 13y agowell it wont die in 2012 its just a dirty old film im saying films are but that one is. anyway our sun is in the middle of its lifespan so maybe earth will die from a ice wave from extinguishing of the sun so its too early for earth to die but it may end in about 5 million years?
