Try taking a speech class or speech therapy. You may also be forcing you jaw forward and not pronouncing your vowels properly. Try talking with a relaxed jaw which means don't talk with your teeth clinched together, leave a little space. It might feel uncomfortable at first but practice in front of a mirror.

∙ 9y agoIn order to get rid of a lisp, one would need to attend a speech therapy class. Unfortunately, many people with lisps are born with them and naturally adapt to their impediment throughout their lives.
