I'm not sure about csharp, but in OO a class has a state and behaviour whereas structure has only state. The state of a class is the data members, or attributes of a class. Behaviour of a class is the function members, or the methods of a class. Ie, a class has attributes and functions, but a struct has only attributes.Historically, classes derived from structures. At one point someone thought of adding behaviour or functionality to structures and the resulting type was called a class.I'll give you an example.struct Student {//stateint YearInCollege;};This structure has only data members that can be manipulated in the program. Eg:Student You;You.YearInCollege=1; //change state...int a=You.YearInCollege; //read stateAs you can see, we can read and write the members of a structure as we wish. Now, let's give the structure a bit of functionality.class Student {//behaviourint WhatsMyYearInCollege(void);void ChangeMyYearInCollege(int);//stateint YearInCollege;};as you can see, now besides the state we also have functionality to change the state of the class. Now, we'll change the state of the class only through its own member functions, also called mutator functions. Eg:Student You;You.ChangeMyYearInCollege(2); //change state through class' own function...int a=You.WhatsMyYearInCollege(); //read state through class' own function
Structure members are public by default while class members are private by default. Classes encapsulate the data and the methods that operate upon that data into a discrete package (an object), exposing only as much or as little interface as is required by the class itself, to ensure the data remains in a valid state at all times. Structures have no such protection.
State central committee members are typically chosen through a variety of methods, such as elections during a party convention, appointments by party leadership, or through primary elections. The specific process can vary depending on the rules and bylaws of the political party in a given state.
Senators are the members of the House that are chosen for a state's entire population. Representatives are chosen to represent a portion of their state.
Delegates are chosen by State Primaries and caucuses!
They were chosen by the State Legislature instead of by a direct vote of the state's citizens.
There are two Senators for every state regardless of size. House members are chosen according to the population in every state.
At-large.
We vote for them every 6 years.

Local parties are precincts. Precincts have volunteer precinct captains that organize party workers to distribute info about the party and its candidates and to attract voters to the polls. Adjoining precincts compromise a ward.In a state party, the state central committee helps elect the party's candidates for state government offices. The state central committee may provide assistance to local parties and candidates and may help coordinate the activities of the local parties. The national party organization has 2 parts- national convention and national committee. The national convention meets every four years to nominate the party's presidential and vice-presidential candidates. The party's national committee runs the party. Some members of the local, state, and Congress elected officials and may sit on the national committee.
There are many reasons why the state of New York would be chosen for something. New York might be a mid-point or central location for example.
Austin was selected as the capital of Texas because of its location, which was central in the state.
