Koalas are herbivores, plant eaters. Unless threatened, they have little reason to attack other animals.

About the only fighting koalas do are male koalas fightning other male koalas for breeding rights.

No, typically an adult koala could not kill a fully grown human unarmed, they have been known however to drop in groups of 6 or more from trees onto resting crocodiles to over power them before feeding. They do this by using several of them to hold the croc in place while the leader of the bear pack runs head first into the crocodiles mouth and down its throat to suffocate its victim before eating its way back out.

No one has ever been killed by a koala. The only way a koala is likely to kill a person is if that person swerved to avoid a koala on the road and had an accident in their car.
