No. The only world other than Earth where people have been is the moon. The first spacecraft to reach Pluto will be New Horizons in 2015; an unmanned spacecraft. Even then it will only fly by; it will not land.

At its closest point in its orbit, Pluto is still 4.4 billion kilometers (30 AU) from the Sun, but this is a bit closer than the farthest distance for the planet Neptune (30.5 AU).

Nobody has been anywhere near Pluto. The farthest people have gone is to the moon. An unmanned probe, named "New Horizons" is currently on the way to Pluto.

If you mean space probes, the New Horizons probe flew past Pluto taking pictures of Pluto and it's moons. The Voyager probes may have also but I don't think so.
