Hi I got a 99 camaro z28 with no traccion control switch I know other camaros do have it so can you add one to my camaro if yes how could I do it thanks?

Difficult and expensive to do. Involves finding/purchasing a traction control (ASR)computer and installing it. ASR(Acceleration Slip Regulation) interfaces with and coordinates PCM(Powertrain Control Module) and ABS(Anti-lock Braking System). Most of the required harnesses should be present in all vehicles. Try buying a shop manual for that car and then finding a vehicle in a junk yard from which to pull the necessary components.
