low neutrophil than the ref.range is called neutropenia.

lymphocytes increase than the ref. range is called lymphocytosis.

neutropenia can be due to typhoid, or in viral inf. or in aplastic anaemia.

lymphocytes increase in viral dis. such as measles, mump,whopping cough,etc.
