I don't think they do any actual drug testing. They have the ability to give flu shots, but they are mainly a pharmacy. A number of CVS stores now have a walk-in clinic, but those seem to be mostly for people with flu or infections or minor injuries. However, CVS does sell drug testing kits, including a product called "First Check." It is not clear how accurate these kits are, but the products claims to detect various kinds of drugs with up to 99% accuracy.
