The first time Typhon was defeated was when the Gods tricked him into going into the snt hellens volcano and trapping him in their... all though he escaped and almost destroyed mount Olympus. But I don't think that counts cause it was in Percy Jackson.

∙ 13y agoThe only one brave enough to face Typhon was Zeus.
Zeus lost the first fight - and was taken back to Typhon's lair and Athena came up with a plan to rescue him so Hermes and Hephaestus came to rescue him they were successful. Zeus was hurt very bad and Hermes and Hephaestus had to carry him back to Mount Olympus.
Zeus won the second fight by throwing a thousand lightning-bolts into each and everyone of Typhon's eyes then while he was stunned threw mountain Etna on top on him. Typhon is there to this day making the mountain volcanic.
