With a 23+ inch barrel, this is deadly accurate. I have a 572 with a barrel that length & stamped with a symbol that looks like a Chevy symbol & the letter E Z.
Nothing else. This rifle was purchase in 1976 as a Field-master pump & I have been searching for years to find out why this rifle has a barrel made in October 1931on it. Now I know it's a leftover from that period & assembled on to the 572 Field-master when ever. The serial number is 190930x. I have no idea when this was assembled. Hope you find this uninformative.
