Usually they find shelter like trees, holes, or alot of grass. They are cold blooded. Part of a snakes adaptation to their environment is shedding. They shed by usually wrapping themself around a tree and let their old skin just slip off over a period of time.

snakes adapt in many ways but a lot of them are just like you and me. snakes have to settle into new habitats and if you capture it and keep it as a pet it has to get used to being under control and being trained not to bite.x

They are adapted because they are adapted. If you don't know how to adapt you cannot adapt it. Adapt it and you can adapt it. If you adapt it already, no worry to adapt it again because you adapt it already. Want to adapt it? Adapt again to adapt the snake you want to adapt. Go adapt snake. Adapt it.. Yes Adapt it.
