The Prophets - 6 Books starting with Joshua/Judges, Books of the Kingdom (Samuel and Kings), Isaiah, Jeremiah, Ezekiel, the 12 minor Prophets.

The Writings - last 11 Books which included Daniel who was considered lower in rank as he was a eunuch.
