First of all, there are many more than four characteristics of traditional Greek tragedies: there are about ten. Hamlet can account for all as it is, after all, the nature of the play. For example, a ghost (of the late King of Denmark) is the one who reveals the need for revenge. Prince Hamlet himself is the person who takes it upon himself to do the act of attaining such revenge by murdering his uncle, his father's murderer. However, he hesitates to do so, another main part of the type of work, but does later, just before his own death, and everyone elses'.

What literacy technique does Shakespeare used by suddenly introducing a ghost into the play?

Shakespeare suddenly introduces a ghost into four of his plays: Macbeth, Hamlet, Richard III and Julius Caesar. In three of those four cases, the ghost is the ghost of a victim of murder, who has come to torture his murderer. In the fourth case, Hamlet, the ghost has come to incite his son to revenge. This is a well-known trope (it can hardly be called a "literary technique") in the "revenge tragedy" genre. Hamlet belongs to this genre but the other three plays named have contain tropes used in this genre as well. The related link contains information about ghost tropes in literature, including Shakespeare.

How many months did Hamlet live after his fathers death?

At the play The Mousetrap Ophelia says it is "twice two months" since the senior Hamlet died. After that there is time for Hamlet to leave, for Laertes to hear in France that his father has died, and to return to Denmark, reconcile with Claudius, hear that Hamlet is returned, plan a fencing match and put it into motion: at least a couple of weeks more. It is about four-and-a-half months later.

List any one bit of advice Polonius gives to Hamlet?

Polonius never gives advice to Hamlet. He interacts with him four times: when he accosts Hamlet in the hall when he is reading (what do you read, my lord? words, words, words), when he comes to tell Hamlet that the players have come (Buz, buz) and during and after the First Player's speech about Hecuba, during the Mousetrap (I did enact Julius Caesar), and to tell Hamlet to see his mother (very like a whale). During these conversations Hamlet constantly has Polonius on his off foot, and Polonius would never have a chance to offer advice. He does, of course offer a lot of advice to his son Laertes, but nobody would confuse Laertes with Hamlet.
