A fully-grown Bearded Dragon CAN be as much as 14 inches nose-to-tail. It's rare for them to get to that size though - the 'norm' is around ten inches.
A full grown beardie is about 18 inches, they do almost all of their growing in the first year.

well that really depends on age... Hatchlings are 15 grams or less. Above 15 grams or 6" is a juvenile, but must be below 200 grams and 13". Above 200 grams and 13" is adult. Adults are generally 250 grams or so. Less can be improved, more can be debated.
