Since a D cup is considered somewhat big - yeah, 36 D is kinda big, but not abnormally big. It's well within normal. Just consider that the cliche "perfect figure" was suggested to be 36-24-36 at one time. That kind of tells you that 36D would be considered pretty normal but on the bigger side.
