There was a radar type station that went by that name; possibly a bomb guided, or navigated to target with the assistance of such an installation.
Mirage 2000 were modified with laser guided bombs, to destroy PAK position on the hills. Also MIG-27 was used for Reconnaissance mission and MIG -21 was used for some other purpose.
