It is the biggest Town in Europe and it should be a city. Unfortunatley Boltonians believe that Bolton should be a city. However Bolton is a god awful town that has expanded its borders to include other god awful towns so that it could be called a City.
The reality is that Bolton is a cluster of towns with no culture or landmarks of any significance.
