Curl up the tip of your tongue backwards toward your throat so it overlapping the rest of your tongue, you only need it to fold back around ¼ of a inch. Then take any 2 fingers that can be joined together at the tips ( commonly your pinkie and 1st finger and place the tips of the 2 joined fingers tips lightly against the stubby end of what is now the tip of your tong and blow... (practise makes perfect)
