PS2 games do not play on a PC. Sure in theory it's possible with a emulator to allow the computer to play the different games one like the PCSX2. The problems are very numerous the emulator does not work on very many games and there are so many different PS2 games. It does not even come with the PS2 bios that you need to make it work because that is copyrighted. It is not just a download and start playing type of software and it is much easier just to purchase a cheap used PS2 that will do the task without all the problems. see related link

They are PS2 games not PC games and no method of downloading will somehow just change that so you could then play them on the PC

Download the ePSXe and the game you want off the internet then defragment the game. Run the PSX, hit file then 'run ISO'. Select the game (bin file).
