Its really hard to tell if someone is spreading rumors about you. I would just try finding the source and talk to them and see what the problem is. normally the person spreading the rumors happen to be upset about something possibly you or someone else did. If this is the case, i would talk to them about it, and try to resolve the problem. They (depending on the type of person it is) will most likely stop. If not, the rumor will soon desolve into nothingness and your problem will be solved. :) i hope this helped
