The best way and fastest way for a 16-year-old girl to get a large booty is to go to the gym, workout and focus on diet. The point here is that you are trying to build muscle around your thigh and butt area to increase the size of your butt. Some foods that are high in carbohydrates can be rice, pasta, and bread. (I would recommend eating brown rice, whole grain pasta, and whole grain bread as these are more healthier options for carbohydrates)

Fat intake: You should get around 0.5-0.7 grams of fat per pound (lbs.) of bodyweight every day. Some foods that are high in healthy fats are Olive Oil, Coconut Oil, Butter (Not margarine), Avocados, Nuts, Cheese, Milk, and Yogurt.
