oh poor thing. I remember feeling that way. well, there a some tips. 1. pray to your god(s). 2. get your mind off your home and family. 3. take a small nap 4. take a photo along with you, if you need to. 5. in possible, depending on where you are, (if you are at camp) ask your leader to help you.
