Losing 40 pounds in just 1 month is actually dangerous. You can really mess your body up by losing that much weight in 1 month and you would have to do unhealthy things to accomplish that.

40 pounds in a month is highly unlikely but give it 3-6 months is simple Eat mainly vegetables and low fat foods,exercise 1-2 hours a day,and never lose confidence
