• You can do a lot of odd jobs and cook dinner for your family.
• I suppose you could start a business if you have a really good idea or are really good at something, but that would be hard.
• I agree with the person above, babysitting would do nicely, depending on how much you charge and how much your customers are willing to pay.
• Mowing the lawn or shoveling the snow could work, or otherwise just get a REALLY big allowance.
• Bake delicious 'secret recipe' cakes and sell them.
• Establish a reputable and reliable dog walking service.
• Build a website or two about a subject you know well (perhaps a hobby you have) and provide good information.
• Make jewelry and sell it.

$15 and you've got $15 fast. And usually you get gift cards for free (like in gifts) so you don't have to pay for the stuff you're selling, and it can really add up!
