Yes, but I advise to drink only a small amount. It will help increase the euphoria of ecstasy, but will also aid in dehydration. I'd say drinking a beer or two would be fine, just make sure you are drinking other liquids such as water or Orange Juice in addition to prevent from becoming dehydrated.

First of all why try to? enjoy the "E" and at least be partly responsible and let the "designated" driver handle that. OH yeah, if you do happen to do it anyway maybe wait a while...all I have to say is the lights will freak you out especially if you have contacts or glasses because of the intensity of light and then the peddles make you kinda feel light footed and relaxed (If you had the right stuff) probably the only time you can sit still, but imagine that! in closing depending on how much and how it effects you, you can make a decision on that alone. Driving while on ecstacy or MDMA is a really bad idea. Your mind is not in the right state. You are unable to focus on anything. Your pupils will be extremely dilated, making watching the road extremely difficult during the day. It gets worse at night, since usually lights will streak across your vision. I really do not recommend driving while on this drug.....ever.
