Well there is this Madison called petti it's a sticker that u put on ur back and it sucks the smoke out of ur body and if u smoke while having that on u could die
ALso put soap on the end of your ciggerate so when you go to smoke it tastes really badKeep telling yourself 'I CAN QUIT , I CAN QUIT !'
get support from your friends/family , and when people ask if you want a smoke or to join them for a smoke say NO! no matter how tempting it might be , say no ! you will thank yourself later , smoking WILL eventually kill you ! and it's just a waste of money ,

Smoking suppresses the action of the mechanisms that normally rid the lungs of mucous, and a lot of garbage builds up in there. Getting rid of it after quitting is normal and no cause for alarm. It's just your lungs doing the job of cleaning they were not allowed to do previously due to the effects of smoking.
