I recently bought a SOYO TV and have the same problem. I called SOYO tech support and they apparently they also can sell a univeral remote with soyo tv codes already loaded. I just had At&t U-Verse installed 1/31/13. The tech who installed our system could not get the remote code to work with Apex digital TV. Finally found a code that works, try 1400. i was so stoked that i called the tech who provided the install. Hope this helps.

I have the same box and tv, if your remote is the same "model AT8560" there is not a code listed for Vizio, but you can do a code scan and it will program. Make sure the tv is turned on, and to enter code scan hold down the 'TV' and 'Select/OK' buttons until all the buttons on top start flashing. Then enter '991' into the keypad. The 'TV' light should flash. Then press the 'play' button and get ready to press 'Select/OK' when the tv shuts off. The 'TV' light should be flashing while it trys each code one at a time. Once the tv shuts off press 'Select/OK' once and test to see if it works by pressing the power/volume buttons. If it works press 'Select/OK' one more time to store the code.
