you may need to format your PC which will erase everything on the hard drive, then you can re-install windows from your disc that comes supplied with the computer and re-install all the programmes you need (im assuming that you have discs to reinstall these programmes that came pre-installed on the PC)
warning: never format your PC without creating backup files of everything first
Use the, recovery manager, function to restore your computer to factory settings (same as the day you bought it). However, this will erase all your original data, files and programs you have added. Simply, click on start (in windows) and type 'recovery manager, into the search box and you will be able to access the recovery manager
#1 press f11 when computer is starting up to go to recovery manager

In login screen hold Shift-button and click restart.
(W8 will also go into this same mode if it fails to boot three times in a row)
