Ink sacs can be combined with wool to make black wool. They can also be combined with 1x Bonemeal to make grey dye, and 2x Bonemeal to make light grey dye.
You can also use an ink sac on a sheep to dye it black, meaning all wool shorn from it will be black.

∙ 11y agoInk sacs are used to make mainly black wool by putting wool and an ink sac in a crafting bench. Putting bone meal and an ink sac in a crafting bench will also give you grey wool. They are also used to make firework stars with the color of the firework being black. The final use for ink sacs is that you can make a book and quill.
