To cure your myopia, first there are many following steps
1.palming (eye exercise).
2.blink your eyes several times as you can.
3.rotate your eyeball in all directions
these are the exercises, which will definitely cure the myopia disease.
By minimizing the amount of accommodation (near-focusing) your eyes have to perform. This does not necessarily mean you have to avoid close-up activities like reading and using a computer. It is possible to avoid accommodation while dong this with the use of reading glasses. This practice is known as plus-lens therapy.
The reading glasses allow you to ensure your eyes rarely have to focus any closer than the furthest point at which you can see things clearly. This is achieved by bringing your focal range in closer, effectively making you more myopic. For those who spend a lot of time looking at a computer screen about half a metre away, giving yourself 2 effective diopters of myopia would be ideal - your focal limit is approx. 1 metre divided by the number of uncorrected negative diopters.
The strength of reading glasses that would be appropriate would depend on what your current prescription is. Using reading glasses would only really be feasible for those with a prescription no stronger than about -1.50 D. Simply add +2 to your prescription to find the required strength, e.g. say you were -0.75... -0.75 + 2.00 = +1.25. Reading glasses can be bought fairly inexpensively on Ebay.
Those who have close to 2 diopters of myopia to begin with could benefit from simply removing their distance glasses when on the computer or reading. Those with higher prescriptions, i.e stronger than -3.00 D, may like to consider getting a reduced-strength pair of glasses specifically for reading/computer use; one that is 2 diopters less than their full prescription. There are some low-cost on-line glasses suppliers that can make this easier on your wallet, e.g. zennioptical and goggles4u.
Myopia is a condition of the eye that is known as being nearsighted. You can't correct myopia as such but the symptoms can be treated through the use of glasses, contact lenses or refractive surgery.
myopia cannot be recovered perfectly after it reach 2.5 Dioptre ..yet can be cured by regular use of spectacles and eating food rich in Vitamin A..like carrot
Myopia is more often referred to as "near-sighted". There are two ways to reduce this - through corrective lens (contact lenses or glasses) or through laser eye surgery to reshape the cornea.
it does not appear to have a cure, but it can be helped with glasses.

The PRK procedure flattens the cornea by vaporizing small amounts of tissue from the cornea's surface. Photorefractive keratectomy can be used to treat mild to moderate forms of myopia.
