Use some ear defenders to explain how sound travels through certain materials and maybe try and compare the speed at which sound will move through the materials? Just an idea, hope it helps...
One can draw a picture to depict sound waves often through colour pencils, and showing waves on paper. They usually show an up and down kinda rhythmic motion, with the loudest part being the most intense in colour.
well.. a chemical weathering process is acid rain, so you could do a particle diagram for fizzing- reaction with acid rain. or. a physical weathering process is melting, so you could do a particle diagram for melting. hope this has helped :).
