Theres plenty reasons why a couple may choose to not get married after 7 years. One or maybe even both partners may not be ready for the next step, marriage. That probably sounds weird considering they have been dating for 7 years. Maybe the partner has bad knowledge about marriage. possibly his parents or friends have gotten married before and it hasn't worked out. some people can not want to get married because its a big commitment so they may need time before they are ready for a lifetime commitment.
