The best way for working parents to share responsibility in the home would be to create a list of chores and evenly divide them. At the end of the day, certain tasks must be completed every day, including preparing dinner and keeping the house clean, and both parents will need to work together to achieve them.

When did home schooling first begin?

Home Schooling (may not have been called this) was started long before there was public schools in America or before this. From the creation of man until now it has been the parents responsibility to school their children at home. It is not a new concept or new idea, it has always been the parents responsibility to teach their children. Public schools were started to help parents provide a "quality" education for their children, but with many school systems failing in the education process today, many parents are reclaiming their rights to teach their children at home.
