Look at the 'hot' girls and take a piece of each of them and incorporate it into your look - like the way one girl does her hair or the way another does her makeup - but at the same time you have to make the look your own and don't be someone you're not. No one likes a fake.
Always smell good and always smell the same so people get used to your 'scent'.
Always be bang on trend and make it work. Do something that makes you stand out but nothing too extreme just slightly different.
Take very good care of your skin, hair, teeth, nails and figure. If you don't look your absolute best, don't leave the house.
Subtly draw attention to your self by laughing loudly, spontaneously hugging someone or saying something witty. It's all about getting people to recognise you and know your name.
Flirt with guys, no too much or you'll get a bad name but just enough so people see you are comfortable with guys and that they are into you.
It's all about the vibe you give off. To be the hottest girl in school you need to be confident not cocky, outspoken but not really loud, aware of your assets but also aware you have many faults, just the right amount of emotional, not to teary and sensitive but also not to hard and cold but most importantly BE YOURSELF and always be nice to people, smile at the weird kids, compliment everyone truthfully (don't lie and say someone's hair is nice if it's not), never point out people's faults (you're not perfect), talk to the kids without friends and stand up for the ones that get bullied. Never, ever stab people in the back or say nasty things about others, popularity killer there.
Oh, and when there are masses of guys after you, don't kiss and tell!
