Okay, if you want to be the most popular, you have to be nice no matter what. Being mean like those other people that are popular will just make you well known, and hated. So I suggest you should be nice as much as possible.

If your school already has the "popular girl" or the "queen bee" try to become familiar with her "clique". Usually if your pretty, smart, athletic, or can sing or dance, or have a great personality they will let you in their group. Therefore you become part of the "popular clique".
