How do you cancel a month to month membership on Xbox live?

You could call into Xbox and cancel it, it is easy but it takes time.

OR you could go into Xbox.com and sign in on the top right hand side will have a little drop box saying "My Xbox" click onto this dropbox and click on "My Account" then whilst on this page click on the tab "Membership Level" then, where it says "Automatic Renewal" click on the "ON" link which will prompt you to turn it off by scrolling down and clicking next a few times to skip some Xbox mumbo-jumbo trying to stop you from letting them take your money any longer...

does not work as the "ON" link is un-click-able... they trick you into believing you can cancel it then you have to phone them up and do it all like that... they con you and to be honest should be sorted out by trading standards.

You can't press the ON. Really you could get Microsoft done for this. You can't ask and plead for people to get Xbox Live. You go and get Month-to-Month. So you now can't cancel it. THERE HAS TO BE A WAY TO STOP PAYING MONEY WHEN YOU DON'T WANT TO, OR ELSE IT IS CLASSED AS STEALING. They are taking my money, and I don't want give them permission any more. Robbers. They are rich anyway why do they want more off people? Except calling them up. I'm not happy with that. It's easy just to do it online.

Call Microsoft and ask them to take off your credit card. or to stop your live on your account. 1-800-4MY-XBOX or 1-800-469-9269 and ask for accounts and billing on the auto-mated message and then will bring you to a x box Representative and they will stop it. and they will also give u notifications to when it has taken your credit card off and or stop your live..
