Once you have beaten the game you need to go to Mt. Silver. In order to get there just fly to Victory road and instead of going into victory road go left. At nighttime right next to the cave sneasels are findable. This should work. In order to make this go faster you can also change the time on your DS at the startup screen

∙ 12y agoThe only place to catch SNEASEL in HeartGold and SoulSilver, is Mt. Silver Cave. It's levels vary around Lv. 49

∙ 12y agoafter you defeat the elite 4 and the all 16 gym leaders you go to mount silver right outside of it near the Pokemon center run around in the grass there should be one or you can trade one over from diamond,pearl, or platinum or go to the gts if you have seen one
