Just use the recruit anyone with RPGs cheat r2 r2 x l2 l1 r2 l1down x and then find a grove street gang member then press up and they will carry (you can pretty much give any gang and civilian RPGs with this cheat) NOTE: this cheat code will give grove street gang members RPGs if they're unarmed

You can change the weapons by using the mouse wheel.You first need to activate a cheat code for weapons.

You need to first type in the cheats to get weapons.The cheats for weapons are nuttertools and thugtools.Then you can use the mouse wheel to cycle through your weapons.
