To clean your ferrets teeth, use a products made for felines - either a bristle brush or a finger toothbrush (gauze in another option) and toothpaste made for pets. You start slowly letting your ferret taste the toothpaste, massaging the mouth and cheeks and slowly progress to his teeth and gums with your fingers, then proceed with the brush. You may have to scruff him or get someone to help you.

It is recommended to brush your ferrets teeth about every other week
Ferrets are not like rabbits and other such creatures. They are carnivores, like dogs and cats. Do not give them sticks or rocks or anything of this nature that you would give an herbivore. Ferrets clean their teeth by eating dry kibble, and you are actually supposed to brush a ferret's teeth like you would a dog or cat. Just scruff them (grab the skin on the back of their neck) and get a finger brush or small cat toothbrush, and some cat toothpaste. Mix it in with ferretone if that makes it easier. Then scrub away. Do this once every few weeks to a month. Alternatively, you can take the ferret to a vet, who will clean their teeth for you.
Some ferrets, especially female ferrets will clean other ferrets ears
Not usually no. After going to the bathroom the ferret scoots its bottom along the ground. This cleans the ferrets bottom whilst also leaving some of the ferrets scent for other ferrets to smell.
