How can you determine which oxygen sensor is bad if the computer code is 21 for a 1999 Neon?

If you use a scan tool or have an auto parts store scan it for you, it will say which sensor is causing the MIL. Keep in mind that the sensor itself, which is rather pricey, may not be problem causing it to be out of range.
