if they are daytime running lights you can not shut them off without pulling the fuse. but if you are parked and want them to go off you can apply the emergency brake and they will go off til you let off the emergency brake.
You can't. It's a safety feature.
That's easy.Just rip it out and put in new ones, just make sure you disable the wiring first.
To disable the headlight you push the dome override button 4 times,to turn back on hit it 4 more times.

you can cover up the sensor that is located at the top of the dash on the driver's side near the window.
To disable the daytime running lights on a 2008 Sequoia, turn the head light switch to the center position. It should show two headlights, one with an 'X' and a line between the two.
On my 2000 Astro there is a small button just below and to the left of the headlight switch. Push that button four times in a row and you will hear a chime and the automatice headlights will be disabled. Tricky, eh?
Turn the car off. push on the parking brake 1 or 2 clicks turn car on. the lights will not come on

The simplest way to disable the DRLs on this vehicle would be to simply press the parking break pedal down JUST a hair. However, you will have to deal with the emergency brake light being on in your cluster panel.
try pulling the drl relay located inside the hood passenger by side headlights. Or pull the fuse to the relay. Good luck,
On a 1999 9-3 you pull fuse 15 in the panel on the drivers side of the dash. This will turn off the headlights and the gauge lights unless you manually turn the light switch to the on position.
