No, in general an 'MSc' is a 'Master of Science' degree awarded by a university after exams have been passed at a POSTGRADUATE course. This means to be able to register to study for an MSc you would need already to have a good university degree.A BTech is a much lower qualification and would usually not count towards being able to even study for an MSc (depends on the rules of the university/course).
